 As the RAISE Lab is highly collaborative with affiliations across Montreal, we have physical access to the following as well.
   * **Retail Innovation Lab**: We are part of the [[https://www.mcgill.ca/bensadoun-school/ril|Retail Innovation Lab]], which is a living lab consisting of a frictionless retail store. This is the Couche-Tard store located at the Bronfman Building. This means we have access to the living lab as our experimental space as long as we go through the proper steps to do so.

+You might need to book rooms for your thesis defence, seminars, or other research-related activities.
+Reach out to ECE reception (reception.ece@mcgill.ca) and cc AJung to inquire about rooms available for the specific time/date.
+Typically, we’ll use McConnell Room 603 (Dept. of ECE) for larger group meetings. If the room is exceptionally busy, we can reach out to CIM to find a slot on the 4th floor. To book a room with CIM, ask for availability via (roombookings@cim.mcgill.ca).
+It's a good idea to have talked to AJung about these room needs and cc her in your room request emails because: (a) the university often needs someone's blessing to access these places to make sure you aren't using the spaces for non-research purposes (e.g., partying :P) and (b) it'll avoid you & AJung having another back-and-forth emails with receptionists/support staff about the nature of the event etc.
+Since these are shared conference/seminar rooms that belong to a large group of people, any 1-on-1 meetings with your supervisor(s) or similar smaller meetings (between two/three people) should take place at the supervisor(s)' office or similarly smaller spaces.
