Mailing Lists
If you need to reach CIM members, you can use the following mailing lists.
- cim-all@lists.mcgill.ca (master mailing list that includes the others)
- cim-faculty@lists.mcgill.ca
- cim-students@lists.mcgill.ca
- cim-staff@lists.mcgill.ca
- cim-associates@lists.mcgill.ca
- cim-staff-research@lists.mcgill.ca
- cim-alumni@lists.mcgill.ca
The process to send messages to a mailing list is simple.
- Send a message to the list you want to reach
- You'll receive an automated message asking you to confirm your message. To confirm, simply reply “OK” to that message. This step is done to prevent automated spam getting sent to the lists.
- A moderator will then need to approve your message
- You'll receive a confirmation when your message is distributed to the recipients.
