If you need to reach CIM members, you can use the following mailing lists.

• cim-all@lists.mcgill.ca: Main mailing list that includes the following:
  • cim-faculty@lists.mcgill.ca: Faculty members of CIM
  • cim-associates@lists.mcgill.ca: Associate members of CIM
  • cim-staff@lists.mcgill.ca: CIM staff
  • cim-staff-research@lists.mcgill.ca: CIM research staff
  • cim-students@lists.mcgill.ca: All CIM students
• cim-alumni@lists.mcgill.ca: Graduates from CIM

We also manage mailing lists for specific labs, contact us if you would like one for your lab.

The process to send messages to a mailing list is simple.

1. Send a message to the list you want to reach
2. You'll receive an automated message asking you to confirm your message. To confirm, simply reply “OK” to that message. This step is done to prevent automated spam getting sent to the lists.
3. A moderator will then need to approve your message
4. You'll receive a confirmation when your message is distributed to the recipients.
